Whole life on hold for exams.

Anyone else struggle with feeling like their life is on hold for exams? Logically I know that an hour or 2 doing errands here and there isn’t going to make a pass/fail difference but… exam this week and house is a state, relationships neglected, portfolio and other job related things stressing me.. Just want it over!! But also how do you compartmentalise exams and stop them being your whole life?
