Go-to Shoes for Disney

I know this question has been asked over the years, but I’m looking for a more recent take. What are some go-to footwear options for romping through ALL 4 Disney World parks and both Universal parks?

Quick facts: We’re going to be at each park from open to close (12-14 hrs/day), I have a history of lower back issues (in good shape otherwise), my arches aren’t flat but some extra support is appreciated, and my budget is up to $200.
