Alternatives to get blue dolar rate. Other than western union

I'm from Costa Rica and the current western union site airpak, is only letting you pay physical in their offices in order to send money.

They used to have the option to pay online but it's disabled right now.

This is my first time going to Buenos Aires and I need another alternative that will give me a blue dolar rate.
