Any trick to make Forgotten Altar spawm more frequently?

Blasting through NM dungeons and rotten holds in T4 for the last 5 hours.... not a single altar spawmed.

I am constantly using the Draught of Wispers elixir.

Any idea how to improve the chances?

Do i have to complete the season quest ( do 1700 grim favours ) first to make them spawm?
