Game Keeps Freezing and There's No Solution!

• Whenever i try to open a menu, game freezes for 2-3 minutes. (inventory, shops)
• Whenever i try to teleport to somewhere, game freezes for 2-3 minutes.
• Whenever i try to switch between tabs (such as Salvage / Masterwork), game freezes for 2-3 minutes.
• Whenever i try to login, game crashes on first launch.
• Whenever i try to switch floors in pit/undercity, game freezes for 2-3 minutes.
• When i try to open my inventory/stash, even the game don't freeze, items do not show up (UI is not loading).
• When i try to access to shops, always blacksmith UI welcomes me.
• Whenever i try to play the game itself, im just looking a single frame.

I tried every single solution known to mankind, but none of them worked.

• Disable Cross-play didn't work.
• Change font size, didn't work.
• Low graphic settings, didn't work.
• Ultra graphic settings, didn't work.
• Uninstall then reinstall the game, didn't work.
• Disable browser hardware acceleration, didn't work.
• Scan and repair, didn't work.
