Question

I'm having trouble understanding at what times must you test. I mean I went on a business lunch. Had a 7 course meal. It took about two hours to finish eating in between chatting and discussing. so when testing post prandial, would it be two hours after you begin your meal or two after you're done eating. And when do you test when you have a really long meal like I had?
