What skills are actually used in industry in 2025?

I’ve seen people running towards learning MERN but I haven’t seen it is widely used in industry? So my question is what technology or stack as developer experience or noobie should focus on in 2025?

With my research through job portals in India PHP, Python, Java(springboot) have lots of job openings compared to popular tech like React
