How does spirit of syntho work?

Title, basically I'm a warlock main. I recently got a osmio syntho class item and I am loving it. I basically turn into a titan the instant I go transcendent and nuke entire rooms thanks to it and my arc melee. However what else does spirit of synthos do? Does it synergies with swords by any chance? Tried googling and the only info I found was from 4 years ago.
