Any places to try green chilli burritos where the chilli has no pork?

Just got to Denver and I was really hyped to try the green chilli burrito, but I learned that the traditional recipe is with chunks of pork. Does anyone know where I can get one without the chunks, or is that even possible 😅. Thanks!
