Where to buy premade Birra by the pound?

Does anyone know of a place in Denver that sells premade Birria (including the broth)? I’m not looking for a sit down experience, just want to buy a couple pounds of it and take it home to make tacos later! I’m thinking something similar to how many BBQ places will allow you to buy certain cooked meats by the pound for takeout or later consumption. Has anyone heard of something like this?
