So I need help
I’m 16 and I have brain fog,depression and anxiety. I cut out nicotine for 3 months and caffeine for 10 days and I’m still going through withdrawals apparently but it’s getting worse. Is this normal because I was smoking and vaping for a year and a half and drinking energy drinks for 3 years is this withdrawal and takes time to adjust or is there something else wrong?
