Mikami is underestimated.

I could be wrong but I think that if Teru Mikami got the death note first instead of Light Yagami he would've done a better job as Kira. I don't think Mikami would've killed Lind L. Taylor since he doesn't kill innocent people as much as Light and isn't that much of an egoist (imo). I don't know if this was ever like discussed before here sorry if its unoriginal but i'd like to hear yalls thoughts. Also please correct me if i'm wrong on something.
