Reworked Freddy Feedback

New Freddy feels very fun to play! I'm still not sure if his powers needs more balancing, although there are some hassles I'd like to report:

- There is little to no visual/audio feedback when switching between Snares mode and Pallets mode. Also, It would be nice to have a visual clue to better identify which mode is selected (like a wobbly vignette effect around the screen edges while in Pallet mode).

- When in pallet mode it's hard to distinguish if the selected pallet will either be placed or destroyed, especially through walls. The color scheme of pallets' silhouette (white/red/yellow) isn't intuitive.

- Freddy's husk while charging teleport is a nice idea, but many times it's still hard to understand the direction you will face after the teleport.

- The color of completed generators is still too similar to other perks' colors (white/yellow). I'd suggest to make it more grey-ish.

- It's easy to misclick while quickly deciding where to teleport. This can be frustrating since cancelling the teleport incurs in a full cooldown penalty.

- Lastly, why can't Freddy see survivors' dreaming timer progression?
