Genuine Question: Why do people hate R.P.D?

I play both sides and I genuinely think that this map is my favourite (Maybe I’m biased since Resident Evil 2 is my favourite Resident evil game)

Other than it being extremely terrible for Trickster and maybe Huntress I find this map fair for both sides to some extent.

I understand that some may hate it since it must be confusing for those who didn’t play Resident Evil 2 but other than that what’s your reason for hating this map?
