What's your go-to workout when you're feeling down to make yourself feel awesome?

Mine is usually to go for a long run, or a bunch of intense hill sprints, but right now my knee is fucked up and I can't run nor do I have any cardio machines available so I'm now going to do a weightlifting circuit where I go between deadlift-pullups-pushups without rest until I hit a certain number of reps. I think that'll do the trick as long as I push it hard.

I'm curious to see if you guys have any workouts you do that you do that you know will pick you up from a shitty state of mind. Looking forward to checking back in after I've brutalized myself. :)
