When a woman is mad at you?

Hi everybody i got a question , basically in my life i had a few girls that seemed very interested in me and gave me alot of signs of attraction for a few weeks To maybe 2 months and they all seemed To go cold and cut communications with me and started acting distant with me i never did anything To hurt their feeling but i never made a move on them because back then i was either in a relationship or too busy To do things with them could they have gotten mad at me for not making a move?
