Ladies, how do you feel about quiet reserved men?

Hi there 27 m here. In person I’m a quiet reserved man. I don’t really do small talk, but I know I should probably try doing more small talk. I’m just curious how you ladies feel about quiet reserved men. I know not every woman will feel the same way. Anything you wished more of from a quiet reserved man? Any tips for a quiet reserved man?
