new programmer, creative background, looking for daos where I can sharpen skills, contribute, find professional work

i've known about daos for a while but only recently learned to program but now I have it's like my creative roots have been supercharged! Now I want to find the right daos (dao as a community for networking/ finding people and projects) to make the move into the tech industry which is tough for entry level right now.
