Lesser-mentioned "adult friendly" movies

So we all know about the Toy Stories (thank God for those) and the Shreks.

What other kids media is surprisingly enjoyable for parents?

I think the Trolls movies might be a contender, lots of weird references and jokes definitely not aimed at the kid audience. To a lesser degree (not as clever but surprisingly watchable) the Madagascar series of films.
