Did i get scammed

I bought new magura mt5 pro brakes, from a shop, they came in the magura mt trail sport package, and the levers were magura trail sport, it looks like 2 front caliper/levers, also the rings are gray not green. The shop owner told me they come like that sometimes, but i am worried i got scamed by him, if so i will ask for my money back snd complain to a consumer sindicate (idk how to translate that more accurately, i am not a native speaker).
