carrying eggs on a bike?

i got a bike recently with a rear basket and i’ve been loving taking it to the grocery store to transport my food back (instead of walking and carrying tote bags). i’m planning on buying a dozen eggs today and im worried about them breaking while on the bumpy roads, so i was wondering if anyone had advice for how to protect eggs while biking? it’s a 5-7 minute bike ride between my house and grocery store but definitely hilly and bumpy.
