Arm Extensions update; seems successfully enough. WIP

I added some bulk to the back, shoulders and toes. Next step is to finish the headsculp *(the head on figure now is just a space filler) also I need to add a fur-like texture in select areas. Thanks for all the tips & suggestions btw!
