Bothriolepis nerfed to the ground

Bothriolepis nerf was way too severe. The card worked really well in WT and autotune decks, but didn’t de-incentivize other deck types at all. The card was already a slight liability in the later rounds. Even if they want to reduce the power it gave your deck, reducing it by 33% is crazy. Reducing the permanent power the card gives itself is even crazier. I think if you want to make a nerf on its main ability by 33% you should at least buff the permanent power it applies itself with.
