6th gen sport bd

Hello, my family is looking to buy a pre owned crv hybrid sport. We have noticed some say sport BD and some just say sport. I’ve read it’s related to the blind spot monitoring system but the information online is kinda confusing about which cars actually have it. Anyone know more about this, specifically which cars have the blind spot monitoring system? Thanks.
