C2C blanket size help
Like many others I'm planning to crochet a C2C temperature blanket this year. I was planning to do 40 pixel every day to end up with a reasonably sized blanket (100x146 pixels) but now that I've started it looks like 40 pixels every day might not be enough since one pixel barely measures more than 1cm.
I have no experience with C2C stitches.
Does someone with more experience know if the stitches will stretch when I keep going with 40 pixels per day or should I start over with 62 pixels per day (146x160) so I'd be making a 164,25 x 180 cm blanket (if 1 pixel is 1,125cm wide). Those would be weird measurements as well but it seems to be the only even stitch count that kind of fits. Most of the other C2C temperature blankets I've seen here were made with about 20 pixels per day which makes me even more unsure. I also don't want to end up with a massive blanket. Hope someone has some advice.
I'm using a 4mm hook with DROPS Merino Extra Fine (recommended hook size is 4mm).
