I’ve been getting really weird “bubbling” chest sensation

M19 diagnosed with costocondritis from late December am getting symptoms of “bubbling” in my chest it’s the left side of my chest which is scary ofc It’s not normal costo pain if any pain at that. It’s just this really uncomfortable fluttering in my chest that comes for about at most 3 seconds And then goes away Could this just be palpitations of some sort or is this just a symptom of costo? Thanks !!
