I think i broke my new gaming pc?

So im a young adult and i got my first gaming pc but my parents issited i get a prebuild and so i did. Ive been using this pc for a couple of days and testing diffrent things but suddenly it shuts off and does not want to turn back on again. did i kill my desktop? i was using ollama which is ai becasue ive wanted to try ai stuff, was that a mistake? i got it from ebay should i try to return it?

I feel so stupid that my parents forced me to get a prebuild now look where i am.
