Hit a wall trying to obtain

Even though my doctor says I'd benefit greatly from it, insurance does not cover any of the official medications. I understand there's a world of compounding versions I'd like to explore but I don't know what the best way forward is. I'm sorry if there's a ton of information out there but it's hard to sparce what is real and what is a scam. At my wits end
