Looks like everyone at Project Management Academy at Fortrea in US got laid off today. Is there a path forward for US based project managers?

Seeing how many entry level project management positions (project analyst at IQVIA, PCs at Fortrea/ICON/Syneos) are being moved outside the US, is there a reasonable path to project management if you live in the US? It seems like any remote roles at CROs in the US are in danger

I would love to hear from more experienced people in this sub how someone might get into project management now
