Are there any significant risks associated with a flu vaccine research study?

I'm not sure if I can plug the co pants doing the research, but the only info on their website supposedly explaining the study moreso just explains the flu. They pay $100 for each of six visits, which is a lot but only if there aren't any associated risks.
