Duo Leveling Guide?

Playing with a duo, noticed none of the leveling guides actually provide any leveling tips for duos. Tried finding videos as well but besides mob farming couldn't find anything. We're below level 20, was thinking of just dungeon grinding with them once we get to 17. Any tips? Duo is a lock I'm a Pal.
