The guesser has too much power

I don't anticipate this show to have a second season but if they did they need to update the mechanics of the guesser.

One suggestion would be to have team competitions with a team captain (or grant multiple people with immunity). That way "layups" like Louise have more of an opportunity to be safe and it also limits the power of the guesser if their options are cut in half.

Or once voted in, the guesser chooses their target but said target gets the first opportunity to guess who the guesser is related to. This will incentivize voters to vote for someone they know and reduces the power the guesser has in the game.

Does anyone else think the guesser mechanics are broken?
