24 hr head wrap horrible dull pain

had my op this morning and still out of it l. i have like another 19 hours before going back and taking this off. Nearing peak misery levels i underestimated this i need someone to buy me peanut butter its all i can eat. i can only stand or sit , laying down pushes the wrap into my already bruised neck. i’m fucked
