Issue with Ali or Jufule ban???

I cannot add Jufule products to my cart because "This product can't be shipped to your address. 
Select another product or address." I have no problem with Green Thorn, Beketen, or others. I did recently leave a 2-star review on a Lamia clone because it had absolute no detent and could be wrist flicked open. He contacted me all mad trying to tell me I was opening it wrong. Did he ban me?
