What's the deal with those accounts that have like 27000 10 minute rapid games in 2 1/2 years on chess.com?

I've seen a few accounts where it would take like 7 hours a day every single day for years to get to those numbers. Doesn't that seem strange to anyone else? They never reply to messages and the few I've checked back on play at all hours of the day.
