Road to 1500 ELO.

I am currently rated 1000 rapid on chesscom and want to reach 1500 Rapid by the end of 2024, is it possible? If yes, can anyone tell me how to reach it? If no, lets say if your life depended on it, what routine would you have taken to achieve it?
