Am I in over my head?

I am currently a chem major and am now in Organic Chemistry. I love chemistry but I’m not the best at it. I made a C in gen chem 1 and 2 and and will probably make a C by the skin of my teeth in OChem. There is not many chem majors and my advisor isn’t very personal. My questions is am I in over my head if I’m already struggling this much with chemistry when I feel like I’m supposed to be good at it? Did anyone else struggle but still has a career in chemistry? Thank you
