Oreo Cheesecake
Reposting since I was an idiot for not including the picture 🥴 Oreo crust, crushed Oreos in a NY style cheesecake, topped with a chocolate ganache, stabilized whipped cream and more Oreos. I really need to work on filling piping bags and technique but I’m happy with it overall.
