Help with crash
I've been in a rolling crash for 3 weeks now and can't seem to get out of it. I'm getting PEM from moving, hearing sounds, and interacting with handlers. I'm also getting heart palpitations and air hunger upon waking up and hearing sounds that last 8+ hours at a time. I'm hypersensitive to medications, supplements, and herbs, and I tend to get paradoxical reactions, so I'm scared to take anything.
Questions: - Is it still possible to get out of a crash after 3+ weeks? How? - Has anyone who's hypersensitive to medication been able to take anything to get out of a crash? If so, what did you take and for how long? How long into the crash did you wait before talking them? - I hear that Ativan and DXM are good to get out of crashes, but would they still be effective after 3 weeks? How long do they have to be taken for? And how do you make sure you don't get addicted to them? - What's the deal with the heart palpitations? Are they part of the crash or something else? Do I have to prevent them from happening in order to heal? - I want to return to my parents' but am scared to move because of how severe I currently am. Anyone have luck being moved while severe?
Thanks!
