I walked for the first time in 9 months!

Last night I managed to sit up and then walk from my bed to the bathroom to take a bath. My POTS was through the roof (my HR went from 90 to 150, yikes), and I had to be carried back to bed, and I'm in a crash now.... But oh my god, I walked!
