I can’t keep doing the back and fourth of this disease…

Last summer I was extremely severe and had to be hospitalized for months. Then the fall things got better and by January I had mostly stabilized all the way til the begging of July.

I had occasional pem here and there since January but nothing compared to last summer. But all of a sudden I’m heading back that direction with no change in routine and I’m freaking out.
