Pineal cyst MRI anyone else?

Hi all, I'm still mostly house/bedbound from my crash in March, but I did have an MRI last Wednesday (and I've been able to get up for about 30 minutes a day to work on some macrame this past week so I think I'm inching back up to low baseline). Anyway, I don't have an appointment with my neurologist until July, but the report/notes and images of my MRI were uploaded to my patient chart, and apparently I have an ~12×8mm cyst next to my pineal gland displacing it to the side. Has anyone else had this, and did your doctors feel it was associated with any of your symptoms? I'm so anxious to hear the neurologist's opinion; I had a psych appointment today and she was very interested, said it could be a big piece of the puzzle, especially regarding circadian rhythm (!)
