Should I stop playing with my cat like this?

So my cat (about 7 mo) has always been a fan of biting and playing with my hand like so. Usually I play rough with him back (shake em around a bit and grab em) but for the purpose of the video let him have his way. It like lowkey hurts but I rarely bleed from it, so I tolerate it cause I feel bad he doesn’t have another cat to play with. Should I stop encouraging this behavior? My only concern is that if he’s ever around kids or old people or sum he might go a little bit too hard in the paint for their liking. Lmk if he’ll grow out of this or if it’s something I should try to get him to stop doing. Thanks!
