Anybody else struggle with a glass top stove?
We recently moved, and I left behind my beloved 6-burner gas Viking in exchange for a 5 burner Bosch glass top electric. Problem number one is it takes forever to get hot, and then it seems like you ping pong between too hot and not hot enough.
My pans always used to be in great shape, black and slick, but I'm really struggling to keep them well seasoned nowadays and cooking properly.
Has anybody else had this problem, and are there some tips you'd share?
