Problems with kidney on carnivore diet?

Hi just wondering implications of kidney issues due to high protein amount on carnivore diet? Alot of people could be walking around with kidney disease and not know it and then going on this diet could lead into advanced stages is this true ? Just looking at research discussion would be helpful thanks 🙏👍
