CBC Gem Error 3125

Has anyone else has issues streaming from CBC Gem on their Android TV? It does a lot of stuttering and choppy playback. I've got a 300mbps connection, so it's not the Internet. It eventually threw an error 3125 but there seems to be no documentation as to their codes?
