Has Percy actually blood bended? [Pjo]

I kept seeing this argument and I was kinda wondering if this actually happened or if this is just a thing you all just agreed?

I don't have a problem with it I just really need to actually know if this has happened before because I don't exactly believe it.

Sure he had manipulated poison but I've never seen him blood bend, like mostly it's everyone saying "well if he can bend water then he can bend blood" and I don't actually believe that's true.

Like do y'all actually think that just because he can bend wanter his somehow skilled enough to bend blood?

Because I don't think it's actually cannon
