Franchise

I am 30, I have around 100k in savings, I want to buy a franchise, in this case, it is an adaptive fitness company called special strong. Their franchise fee is $40k, and more money to spend on launch the franchise, estimated 96K, right about my savings. Should I spend my life savings on this franchise?
