Looking for big square monitor
Hi everyone,
I'm searching for a square monitor that larger and better quality than the average old office monitor. I recently got a new 32" main monitor and I would like to have a square secondary monitor to keep the total width down. Two 32" side by side is just way too much. An 18" monitor in portrait mode is too narrow for a second monitor for my taste so I think a square monitor would be perfect. I think the perfect size for a square monitor would be around 25/26/27" for a 5:4/4:3/3:2 monitor respectively.
I've found the NEC P212, LCD2090UXi and LCD2190UXi and the Eizo S2134 and S2133, which are all kind of hard to find and rather expensive, and still pretty small.
I've also found more recent options like the BenQ RD208U which is cool but really disappointingly has only 60hz and is also impossible to find. The Huawei Mateview 28 would be perfect if it had VESA mount compatibility, which it doesn't. Also hard to find as well. The LG DualUp 28MQ780-B is also expensive and impossible to find, and too tall for my preference.
Does anyone have any other recommendations? 5:4, 4:3, 3:2 is all fine, looking for around 27", anything other than TN is fine, VESA mount compatibility is a must.
Thanks in advance!
