Need some help with a VR / gaming build

So, first off, this will probably be my last post here since i've posted 3 times in 2 months, just because i'm worried the computer won't be good enough and that i'll spend $2000+ for nothing. Also, this is my first build, so bare with me.

Anyways, some points before i begin: 1. I don't want to change my CPU since i've seen a lot of comparisons where the Intel CPUs get more fps, and i know it sounds stupid. 2. I don't want to change my GPU either since i have always wanted to use RTX and you get the new COD:MW for free with RTX 2060 or above (if that wasn't for a limited amount of time) 3. I've chosen 32GB RAM because i'm so tired of running out of memory all the time, so i don't want any less than that.

So, basically all i want to know is if the cooling is enough, and if all the other parts (except CPU, GPU and RAM) could be upgraded.

Here's the part list:

EDIT: Since i live in sweden, i've set it to be in SEK, but it's around 2,363 USD.

EDIT 2: And also, i'll be using the Oculus Rift, but i will probably upgrade to a Valve Index in the future (or better depending on what comes out until then)
